ADAM VENTURA
Adam is our Director of Operations. Adam began his flying career at 18 and has since flown a variety of work from utility and pipeline work, to drug and law enforcement. He has accumulated over 7,200 hours of flight time in many different states with various weather conditions over various terrain. He has most of his experience in utilities and is thus very safety conscious. Adam also has his commercial drone license. On his free time he enjoys spending time outside fishing, target shooting, or hanging out with friends.
JACOB VENTURA
Jacob is our Chief Pilot. Jacob began his flying career at the same time as Adam and since, has also accumulated over 7,400 hours of flight time. He has flown EMS, state police, pipeline patrols and continuously does flight instructing. When not working… he is working, always finding projects to keep him busy. He and his wife own a large maple syrup farm in upstate NY. For fun he enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, XC-skiing, and being with friends and family.
JESSICA VENTURA
While officially Jess is our administrative manager, she is multi-faceted and spends a lot of her time outside the office. She is a Certified Thermographer, works closely with linemen, and does our Infrared, Corona and Comprehensive inspections. Within the office, she is in charge of coordinating the company’s systems and workflows, supervising staff, and developing procedures to make the workplace more efficient. Before managing Right Brother Aviation, she owned and managed her own graphic design company. When not working, she loves spending time fishing, hiking, camping or mountain biking with her husband. She is a thrill seeker, adventurer and loves to travel.
John Barnaby
John is our full time, lead mechanic and Director of Maintenance. John has worked on Bell helicopters for over 40 years and is one of the most knowledgeable bell mechanics we have ever encountered. We consider ourselves fortunate to have him on our team! When not working, John enjoys refurbishing classic cars, and tinkering on projects in his workshop.
